Find the Financial Challenge You’re Facing
Cash Flow
Money comes in, but timing bills, payroll, and other costs still feels stressful. Explore ways to understand the movement and timing of business cash.
Where Money Goes
You are working hard and bringing in revenue, but it is difficult to see where the money is going. Learn how organized financial information can clarify spending patterns.
Operating Expenses
Recurring costs are taking up more room in the budget than expected. Review common expense pressures and how to evaluate them against business priorities.
Profitability
Revenue alone does not show whether the business is keeping enough after costs. Understand the information that can help you assess profitability over time.
Financial Records
Books and reports are behind, incomplete, or hard to use when decisions need to be made. See why timely, organized records support financial visibility.
Owner’s Pay

Taxes & Savings
Tax obligations or future needs can catch you off guard. Learn why planning for expected obligations and business reserves matters to day-to-day decisions.

How the EFM Program Supports Business Owners
EFM is a structured 12-month financial management program designed around the needs of the business. Depending on the engagement, support may include a combination of at least three qualifying services. Individual services may also be available separately on a month-to-month basis. The services included in an engagement depend on the business’s needs and the agreed scope.
The work can help you organize financial information, review cash flow and expenses, understand business performance, and use that information when considering decisions. It is an ongoing working relationship—not a promise of a particular financial result.
How the Program Works
Discuss your needs. Start with a consultation about your business, current challenges, and the financial questions you want to address.
Review the situation. We learn about your records, processes, and priorities to identify appropriate support.
Agree on the scope. If EFM is a fit, the engagement outlines the services and cadence selected for your business.
Work through the plan. Over the 12-month program, we provide the agreed financial management support and revisit priorities as your business needs evolve.
Who EFM Is For
EFM is for consultants and other business owners across industries who want ongoing help understanding their business finances. It may be worth exploring if you are managing growth, navigating uneven cash flow, trying to make owner pay more predictable, or looking for clearer financial information to guide decisions.
Talk Through Your Business’s Financial Needs
You do not need to know exactly which service you need before reaching out. Schedule a consultation to discuss what is happening in your business and whether the EFM Program or another service may be appropriate.
